I have to have my truck in the shop in Hilo at 8 a.m. next week. I am never on the road at that hour so am wondering how early I should leave to get from upper HPP to Ford on time. I’ve heard there’s quite a morning rush hour but now with school out is it just as jammed? Would appreciate guidance from anyone familiar with the early morning commute. Mahalo.
