Be cruel but fair! God knows they will be. No, for real. That's what I was told. Say, maybe they should put Scott Walker in the...well, never mind. Hope they didn't ship it by cow.

| New York pizza with Wisconsin cheese???? Something tells me there's a Giant, Cheese Head-ing this a way.....being a flatlander, the cheese rivalry was never taken seriously by me.... but could you really call it New York pizza then???? Isn't just a flat crust pizza .... not that bad... but Bear-ly a real pizza.... |

As long as it is mozzarella, it doesn't matter where the cows grazed. I would guess that NY pizza all uses California or Wisconsin cheeses. On the other hand, the flour is essential to get right, or else the crust comes out wrong.

| Sorry, I was punning...partly on account of SB XLVI - pizza & cheese have been challenge items by mayors in those 3 towns... (course Chicago pizza is THE best)... and New York (upstate) does make their own cheese...NYers coming to the midwest often compared their cheese vs Wisconsin (NY white cheddar was often mentioned with glazed eyes) |

I lived in Nottingham (UK) for a few years before I moved out here. Although Pizza was known in the UK for a while there were one or two shops in Nottingham that decided to do specialty pizzas (New York pizza or even edible ones were unheard of beforehand, so there was no reference point). This particular place had a "spaghetti bolognese handmade pizza" which actually looked really nice.
I bought it, took it home and we ate about half a slice each. I don't eat pizza anymore...
