Your source must not have sent you the statements from the defendants in the case.

Totally unfair to present one side.

I would hope the moderators delete this thread.

Obie, if you have that info would you please post it?

I agree that all info should be shared.

Post the Defendant's statements then Back up your statement. She has every right to voice her opinion and post verified Court documents that are not RESTRICTED or SEALED. You have those same rights. Prove your statement, sir.

Here we go again.

I don't have a computer that allows me to copy and post PDF files.

Your girlfriend isn't looking very good at any rate. She's missed deadlines because she doesn't understand Hawaii Law.

HPPOA's filing tells a whole different story.

"Here we go again."

I'm done posting.

Obie... It look like the docs you are referring to are on the eCourt Kokua system. If you go to the site and purchase a copy, then you can download the info you are referring to and share the link. Hope this helps.

https://www.courts.state.hi.us/legal_references/records/jims_system_availability

FYI, if anyone goes to the eCourt site and wants to look up the case and review the dockets, you will have to type in Karin Hoffman, or Jeffrey Finley, or Nicole Craig to find the info. It will not come up if you type in HPPOA or Hawaiian Paradise Park Owners Association.

Always an excuse of why you can't back up your statements.  To bad you are dead wrong AGAIN  she hasn't missed anything. It's obvious that you don't know what is happening in this lawsuit.  Also as I've posted before my PARTNER has WON every MAJOR MOTION that has mattered in this lawsuit.  1. Lawsuit NOT being  dismissed and where the Judge made the statement that he was holding off on issuing the TRO because he CAN make HPPOA rip everything out and restore it to its natural state. 2. NO CONFIDENTIALITY for HPPOA.
So let's see what happens next Friday  but my money isn't on HPPOA especially with the Watumull's Statement today.

RE: Be Carefull What You Wish For (update on HPPOA lawsuit) - Patricia - 02-08-2025

I have posted some of the lawsuit docs on a website I put together. If you would like that link, please PM me as it is, apparently, bad form for for me to share that info here.

If however, you would rather access the court docs on your own, here is the link:
