Just remember, you still need a Hawaii Licensed Architech to stamp your plans.

Or a Hawaii Licensed Structural Engineer can also stamp plans.

The price is right, but you get what you pay for. All the plans from that website I looked at would (in my estimation) need a lot of revision to be suitable for Hawaii. Most of us really don't worry too much about the frost line when putting in a foundation. You could build the foundation as shown, but it would be a more expensive than necessary way to do it. There also wasn't enough eaves to shade the sides of the house from the hot sun and protect it from the rain. Seemed a bit heavy on the insulation for most of our state, too. But they look like a good starting point if you like the shape of the layout.
