Sorry I don't have a repair guy recommendation but they will pay you to upgrade it to a more energy efficient model (and the energy savings may pay for the fridge in short time):

Every appliance in Hawaii should be purchased either with the knowledge that it will fail prematurely or with an extended service warranty. I've had the blue Sears van out here several times...

Had the fan replaced with my 2 year old Sears fridge. The part was 20.00 dollars and with shipping $30.00 total. Its a very easy fix with the fan being in the freezer section on the back wall. Google search and you can find step by step instructions. If you call Sears repair... $350.00

Your fan motor doesn't have any bearings per-say. it's a flat bearing verses ball and moreover, it floats on em.. However it'll rattle if there's ice built up near it. Might be having a defrost issue. try accessing it to find the ice and or use a hair dryer on it for a bit. . Or wait till the next defrost cycle comes it should melt it.
If it reoccurs, you've got a defrost issue.. not long ago it was just a matter of changing the heating element or timer clock but, now they're using computer boards. heating element can still go out, but those old timer clocks are more reliable or durable than the new 4-10 times the money computer boards.
Anyways, try the hair dryer trick [wink] and hopefully that's all it is.
