SCUBA Sunday / beach day/ water fun Aug 3 - Carey - 07-28-2008
OK, summer vacation is PAU! & the kids are back in school, antsy to get back to summer vacation .....
The elections are draggiing on & on
SO is driving you nuts (this never changes...)
The weather is here.... wish you were at the beach????
Pack everyone up for SCUBA Sunday / beach day / water fun
Aug 3 ~10am ish at Richardsons Ocean Park near the east end of Kalanianaole ~ 5 miles from Kens Pancake (north is the bay in Hilo,east is then your right hand...) Come any time through the mid-late afternoon, a great way just to meet up with fellow beach lovers....
Don't dive? doesn't matter! Just a fun day at the beach (haven't had a bad one yet...) with lots of friends, a dish to share and water toys to amuse any kids (at heart!) Need a ride? post it!
Low tide around 10 am - high tide around 5pm... should be good!
We will bring hot dogs, buns, our box of plates'n'stuff, kayaks, toys ... but did not get air....dang... was on the to do list, but fell to the to don't... water toys, tarp, chairs n things...
Scott, can you bring the pop-up?

Getting too attached to that overstuffed sofa or easy chair? Why not roust and join us tomorrow at the beach for a fun get together.
I will bring my small bbq, coals, bbq fluid, and something tasty to enjoy.
Looking forward to getting wet, enjoying some ono grinds and good friends.

Liz, your brownies are awesome, and I heard that from more than 1 person! Perhaps someone (Bob) will bring the hot links I left behind from last months gathering. They are in the freezer!

Is there anybody that can bring a popup or some kind of shade? If not Jim and Carey I know you guys get there early...maybe try for the covered area beside the building???
