LOL...we just spotted that coming home. I guess they are ready to start. A man picking up his Rx at Puna Pharmacy said they backed off the Long's Drugs for some reason. He said PAUL told him, so I guess that's the word. They are still going ahead with the KFC and Burger King.

That's great (being sarcastic)......The only store to really have an impact in Pahoa(jobs) dropped out. I wonder why Longs decided not to build? I was really looking foward to the drive through pharmacy.

great just what pahoa needs, all this will do is siphon food sales off the existing eateries, but i guess that's what we call progress in th u.s.

siphon? what do you mean... oh you mean that Pahoa really only needs one eatery? All the others should be closed because the market will not support them?
How many restaurants so you think are in Hilo? I think there is about the same population in Puna as Hilo, so what makes you think more retail is not needed in Pahoa?
