Proxies only lead to deception and distrust ,, and as for as transparency is concerned - we elected the people and we should stand by our decision . like any other large entity the end of the year financial report is just fine for transparency ! any specific questions beyond that should be taken up thru correspondence and diligent follow up on both ends. the financial records and dealings of the haca and harc should be restricted to those people we elect to oversee it .
