Just as with a developing crack, every ground tremor indicates ground shift in the recorded area near recorded depth. That may indicate a general magma chamber expanding in the averaged seismic activity area, cracks and tremors around it and above it would be a natural consequence of such a reservoir expansion. Where it will end up exiting... There's no way to know for certain. Civil defense has an obligation to emphasize caution to the nearby most heavily populated areas and generally, anyone down slope.
