Our Stihl F5-55 Weed eater gas tank has a crack in it. Does anyone have an old Stihl that isn't working, that they would like to sell the gas tank? We've repaired it twice with cement glue. We called Garden Exchange to price a new one, they want $70.00 for a new one.

I bought my Stihl new at GX. A year later, it's having problems, so I bring it in for service. Basically, they didn't believe me until I said "it's only ever had ethanol-free" -- suddenly it's a warranty issue, no problem, we'll call you when it's ready.

So, yeah, I use ethanol-free in anything that's not a car.
