Pizza Hawaii in Hilo by the KTA is my favorite. I like vege pizzas and they have a large selection, and whole wheat crust.

Yeah, Target has King Arthur flour. Try their "white whole wheat." It's made from white wheat (regular flour is red wheat), and is light in color and texture while still having all the benefits of whole wheat. I use it for almost everything, coffee cakes, cookies, bread...

Yep, Target has King Arthur for about a dollar less than the other stores. I've never gotten the no-knead recipe to work properly and kneading is easy with a dough scraper (the key thing is not to add too much flour, especially for pizza; the temptation is to add flour until it's dry enough to handle easily, and that's too much). If your yeast is working well it only takes ~2 hours start to finish.

Thanks everyone. We've decided to go with Pizza Hawaii. It's pricey but they have a very large selection of toppings and homemade sauces and also have some very interesting combinations that sound delightful.

Pizza Hawaii is my Goto as well ... Look for coupon in that Glossy 8.5" x 11" Island something mag. Its a large one topping for 12.99 ... A good deal. Also they have coupon on website.
