Human sacrifice is not part of the original ancient Hawaii; that part was brought here by the Tahitians, many generations before "contact".

Rob, you sure are quick to jump to conclusions
I was quite sarcastically pointing out the Hawaiian religion was quite primitive, gruesome, and cruel...rather than beautiful.
I would call this a differing viewpoint - otherwise known as a differing of opinion - not putting words in other people's mouths
I know this is YOUR forum and all, but perhaps you could take some of your own advice...

When you post "so basically you support tyrannical monarchy and arbitrary death sentencing and human sacrifices" you are putting words in someone's mouth. It is an unpleasant habit and tends to be argumentative. Speak for yourself and you will be fine.

With all due respect, maybe what punaweb needs is a "bad attitude" forum so that those who need to rant have a place to do it -- with any luck, the flaming could be contained.

Speaking of the rainbowlight colilation, A friend of mine was there. In Kau. She said that they were cutting up a beached baby whale and eating it. Some fellow named Seth was in charge. I think doing such a thing is not only sickening, but not legal.
