RE: Cat Converter Theft - microage97 - 05-16-2013 Not just HI. Pipe heads are everywhere. A friend of mine who works for a truck company had a whole lot hit one winter night. They found wavy body marks left in the snow along with used sawall blades. He said it looked like they for 3-4 cuts and needed to change the blade. I guess the big cats cost a few grand each to the replace and the company lost 1 million last year on stolen cats. RE: Cat Converter Theft - microage97 - 05-16-2013 Well usually on the newer cars there is an O2 sensor in the cat or right here that could go missing with the cat. |
