It wasn't a crime, it was a "Neighbor" getting back what he thought he was owed. He did ****ty work a few times, I had to pay to get it re-done, which came at his expense. He felt upset about it and stole some items from people he felt owed him something. That's what happened.

Aaron I didnt go into these details because no absolute proof. Just left it at crime --- police report ---- keep an eye out.
