How about a fanciful gazebo to meet the "multifaceted" desire in your life? Then you can have a more conventionally shaped home to fit everything else in.

I was looking into those but decided on designing my own conventional place. I visited a lady I know who has one and she loves it. Hers was about the same square footage as the house I built, but mine has a LOT larger feel. Another reason I decided against it was that she told me that the price was a bit "understated" on their website. The contractor who built the place said that it was really high quality material, so that's wonderful. If I had a lot of money I think I would like to have one with all the extensions and second story. If you have lots of money, why not? If you're just a simple soul, then gotta wonder if it's worth living in una jaula de oro (cage of gold) as they say in Spanish.
