RE: anyone tried growing Feijoa sellowiana fruit? - HereOnThePrimalEdge - 06-03-2025 Thanks Durian Fiend, I tried Rozette’s but they don’t have. I’ll check with Jayanti, West Kuiaha is just up the road from my old, old stomping grounds! If anyone else is interested, this is what I found as of June 2025: Rozette’s - does not carry Plant It Hawaii - doesn’t grow, and wholesales to most island nurseries, so probably unavailable Elemental Plants in Waimea - listed as a grower on Reddit, but did not reply to my email Natureworks on Maui - just started some small cuttings, but not for sale at this time Rozette’s suggested Texas Privet as a substitute for a windbreak. It’s the large, arching plant with shiny deep green leaves planted at the Kaloli & 28th St corner of their nursery |
