Leilanidude you miss the point the subdivisions don't what this road up graded to public roads but if the county is going make them connectivity roads for the public they should bear the cost of everything.

Yes, would feel slighted that the Shipmans will CONSIDER letting the road go through their private property, while all the rest of the private property owners (population) get "eminent domain". Not equal in my eyes, but again, I'm just a grunt.

I'm with you on this one, the Shipman family/corporation is the 500 lb. gorilla in the room that everyone tiptoes around and never mention while they pull the strings from behind the curtain. I'm probably mixing my metaphors there but you get the picture.
