This advert is very deceptive.
It says in part: "Lots of commercial building are planned for the near future near to this large 18,000 sf. property."
OK, first of all, ZERO building is planned in this area in the near or any future. Secondly, an 18,000 square foot lot is not LARGE.
The ad goes onto say "Cash Offers Only!". Well, duh. Nobody, not even the owner is going to finance a lava field.
