Being on the council, I am sure they are fully capable of arranging a tour during the next drilling session. They have made a "field trip" to view an abandoned road in Ka`u in the past, why not something more important?
Robert Petrici needs to admit, right now, that the drilling is no longer a terrible noise issue, and drop the lawsuit. Too bad his ego is in the way.

Leilani girl, your cries for help are getting tiresome. Now you at least feel these community geothermal differences are more important. Now that your neighbor is openly breaking the laws you want to validate it by inviting our reps down to have a listen. Ormat has failed this community and county for that matter to many times in the past, this is yet another failure of theirs. See many keiki deserve a quality of life here in paradise too, not just you and your crony girlfriends.
Bob Patricci, or The great 20th century version of Robin hood is spot on with these law suits, Enough is enough. Just because my car can now reach speeds of 200 mph without being detected, heard, or seen, doesn't mean I should race around when ever I want and ignore the speed limits everyone else has to abide to, does it? Your logic, and compassion for others really defies the best of the human race. You no longer hold or have any merit to anything you say, you should be ashamed of yourself.

I have to admit that I have reached speeds of 80 mph or faster on a few occasions on a stretch or two of red road.
Who crashed, who died, and where can we reach speeds of 80 mph now? My car likes speed and so did I, we both seem to respond better after a good dose of speed, zero to sixty in?

gypsy - you need help. You are the one who complained about drilling noise when there wasn't any drilling going on. You should use your Quest/Medicaid card and contact a psychologist about the fake noises you claim to hear.

Leilani dude, (this is gypsy's wife) you seem misinformed. The other night I heard something that sounded like drilling. It wasn't nature. My guess is that it was the only power plant around. (The noise was annoying, I was feeling bad for the closer residents) If they weren't drilling what were they doing? I really don't know because I'm not properly informed. I can say this, my health condition has been terrible lately. Do you know what they might be releasing into the air as they drill. I'm wondering what heavy metals we might be exposed to in the air as well as our water tank. I had a difficult few weeks, hoping it gets better soon.

There is nothing being released into the air as they drill!
What is getting into your catchment tank is all of the chemicals and metals that the volcano releases, 24x7. If you cannot get a grasp upon that, you should probably move away from the volcano - far, far, away.

Lailani dude, really? There is nothing released into the air when they drill? I personally don't have any health issues from the volcano. But I have had some from PGV. If they do a health study, I hope they look into heavy metal sensitivities and allergies of near by residents.

Oh Gypsy. Do you acknowledge that vog brings acid rain? Do you know that the cattle ranchers in Ka'u have to redo their metal fences several years ahead of their mainland counterparts due to this acidity?
If you are truly concerned, see a doctor. Establish your illness, document the days that you feel more affected. When you get all your data together, then realize you have two choices - sue Ormat or move to Hawi. Either way man think of your children! Why keep poisoning them by living so close to the evil PGV?
