i stand corrected. a lynch mob would not bother with the due process of a judicial system before death sentence banishment to an explosive ridden penal colony.

For clarification I chose Kahoolawe on the basis that there is already a cleanup started by Kahoolawe Reserve which entails clean up, re establishment of marine areas, replanting, etc., but is grossly under funded. Providing a work force through the penal system would be a great way, in my opinion to pay back community for their wrong doings to help rebuild an island raped bare by the military.

Most will not agree with my upcoming statements, especially most on this forum.
This is a police and military state first, if you are not with them, then you better be working to pay them. How fitting some would want free labor from those no good prisoners, to help clean up the military messes the prisoners didn't support in the first place. Its really not that bad of idea if it would mean more inmates could stay home here in the islands with their families instead of being shipped out to Texas or Kentucky. Our jails or prisons here in the islands are to small,few, and costly for all the criminals we have already. I would be surprised if these two, who were caught red handed, are kept in a Hawaiian prison longer than six months? Hope I am wrong. We shall see the new laws of 111 and how it works?

Lavalava, you now have 4 posts on this thread alone. Most good playa's can spot the fish and donkeys at a table before they even sit down. Not you though, you keep looking sir. These two transplants are more likely to get a plane ticket back to kentucky to work on their highways, than last six months in our prisons. Jmos.
