Hahaha, you be trolling. That is Horowitz. You need to contact RJ and Sativa, they were intimately connected there until the typical island feud developed. It was also a major center of the anti-vaccine hysteria movement and the holy healing of 528 Hz. The address given is the address of the gay b&b towards Kalapana but the physical location is off Kamaili Road. Another whack job piece of property in the Punatic asylum. Apparently, the place is noted for its nude gay frolicking, apparently at 528 Hz. The guy that lurked PW to write Secrets of Hawaii: The Big Island Revealed needs to do a sequel, whack job locations in south Puna. But you should know all this, being an expert on south Puna. Apparently, the book Big Island Revealed has replaced the holey bible in Holiday Inns across the mainland.

The disputes over this property are public knowledge. It has been bounced around many Courts with many players. Right now it is going for a
Fourth Revised Final Judgment
Read that slowly. The same Court has issued 4 Final Judgments already on a limited trial. However, it is still in the same Court now looking for a Fifth Final Judgment.
The mockery the Court has made of itself is there is no such thing as a "Final Judgment". Rather, a final judgment is not final if not accepted by one party, and that party has the money to keep fighting. All they must do is claim the Court made a mistake.
The fight can go on decades. Even if the original parties die.
A case continue to live on.

Looks to me like Sir Leonard George Horowitz and his girlfriend Sherri Kane lost. Is the next step eviction? Do they continue to fight from outside the gates of the Royal Bloodline of David a.k.a the Steam Vent Inn? Where will they go now? Maybe if they get desperate enough they could move in with Sherri's mother Mikki Kane and they could get jobs at the Showboat Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City. Yes these two are most certainly on the difficult side to understand. One way I cope is never reading any of Len's books. I am firmly against most of Len's findings and he knows that.
Since Sherri made that posting so public, I will be specific.
Circa 1995 the subject property was raided and a large stash of processed stuff was found in the third floor freezer. Hundreds of pretty green plants were found along with cash and at least one gun.
An old man, Cecil Loran Lee, took the fall. He needed a liver transplant and there is no way he could have been such an active gardener.
He went to jail, paid a fine, but allowed to keep property. He sold the property and then tried to repo and keep big deposit.
He is long dead.
However, it is evident someone behind the curtain is pulling levers. After he died, a false heir was established claiming to be a nephew. This despite Lee's sisters never heard of him and a hired PI report showing he is not a relative.
In short RJ you are dancing around without kowning Cecil Loran Lee has living sisters, a son, and granddaughters.
If anyone has the right to be in that home, it is them.
Instead of assisting a neighbor with a large problem, you mock them.

Pretty funny pbmaze brought this particular property up at this time. Horowitz doesn't own the property so the people that own it are probably the ones that owned it back in 1999. It's hard to believe there is any civil case that takes 15 years to get resolved.
There does seem to have been some kind of meltdown. Hilarious all the meltdowns around here lately. Their B&B ads went dead around 2007. Homey ain't got time for all the mixed up transplants' ideas of the Hawaiian life.

Lee sold Horowitz the property on a purchase money mortgage. Horowitz had balance due of $350k.
Lee almost immediately turned Horowitz in to CoH for running a B&B. Lee sent a letter to insurance firm snitching about the B&B and insurance was cancelled.
Lee then filed a foreclosure lawsuit saying Horowitz was in default.
Lee lost foreclosure and jury awarded Horowitz $200k.
Case closed but appealed.
When balloon payment was due, Horowitz paid Lee balance and took $200k award as a credit. He asked for satisfaction of mortgage.
Lee refuses. Dies. A whole lot of very questionable paperwork transfered interest to a fake church and "nephew".
Fancy new high profile lawyer gets $200k award reversed. He then auctioned off property to recover $200k. "Nephew" buys property at auction using debt.
Grumble grumble.
Horowitz has rather public battle with attorney and remains in property.
Judge changes his mind gives 200k award back to Horowitz
Lawyer objects Judge takes it away again.
Lots of new paperwork found "nephew" is unknown to Lee's family.
More paper work finds if "nephew" fails to pay taxes, then fancy lawyer gets property in his name.
Fancy lawyer files false document to court asking title to be "Quite" and fake nephew is new owner. However, lawyer is real party of interest.
Legally the property as of this second is still Horowitz's however judge just agreed to give it to lawyer with zero compensation to Horowitz.
Right now it is in fourth and final judgement to be signed.
This was a greatly reduced version of events.

So, you know everything about the property except some key ownership information during 1993 to 1999 when the deceased is known to have owned the property? You know the TMK, just look it up. That is interesting if the ownership has been in contention that long and also means it's free for the exploring. There is a 528 Hz transmitter on the property that has to be found and turned off. It is the Punatic asylum electric mind tractor beam and turning it off will set the self imprisoned free. Unfortunately, early directions to the transmitter indicate it may be part natural volcano sounds being directed through a conduit under the island with a valve that resembles a large ship steering wheel in the side of a deep lava cave wall.

It isn't ownership. It is hold over the owner.
Lee had a liver transplant during this time. While away several months, he said his caretaker threw big parties.
Much damage occurred within the house. Lee personally showed me the damages that were partially repaired.
Can anyone here at least attest to that part of this saga?
Did the larger production operations begin before, during, or after his surgery?
