There are other restrictions on livestock and otherwise permitted agricultural uses; Nanavale CC&Rs are basically "R-style" norms as an overlay for the actual A zoning. I believe the goal is a "family-safe" subdivision with good resale values, and I just wish that all subdivisions had a clearly defined posture as regards future development. |
