That really was my point. There were two on Craigslist yesterday for $2500 each, still not worth it.

I think it's actually 896sf. There are other restrictions on livestock and otherwise permitted agricultural uses; Nanavale CC&Rs are basically "R-style" norms as an overlay for the actual A zoning. I believe the goal is a "family-safe" subdivision with good resale values, and I just wish that all subdivisions had a clearly defined posture as regards future development.
