I have HT dsl and I pay for 7 mbps per month.I have a whitebox that was provided by the FCC and it sends me a monthly report card.
Last month I averaged 4.38 mbps.
On August 7th it was running at .62 mbps.
Now if I could just use this info to get HT to improve their service or refund me the money I pay for a service I don't get.

The first road has cable part of the way down because an Oceanic employee used to live there, got permission to wire it up on his own time so he could have cable.

I have Exede satellite. They promise *up to* 15 mbps, and have a data cap of 10g per month; if we go over, we still have internet, but it s-l-o-w-s way down. That costs about $64.
With that little data, we can't stream movies, TV, or more than a couple youtubes a month. They don't have an unlimited plan, but they do have one for 15g/month.
