Not where you can see it, anyway; property taxes don't increase for "some people", but you'll still pay higher fuel tax, etc. Anyone else notice the sudden retail price hikes forced by State increasing the wharfage fee? RE: Property tax bills - Obie - 07-29-2017 There is a 3% cap on increases in Hawaii County. Did all of you reporting big increases file an exemption form for a homeowners exemption ? If not did you file a Hawaii income tax return ?
