How about a new law thru the land. Test the dope ,save a 1 gram for evidence. Doccument the weight. Burn the rest in a incinerator. Make it a federal law. No more temptation?

Police are entitled to privacy and secrecy as necessary to protect the "integrity" of their "investigations". The concept of "accountability" only applies to regular citizens.

Years ago, over the course of several months, I had cargo stolen on a regular basis at Hawaiian Air Cargo on Maui. When I spoke with the HA investigator on Oahu, who also wanted to catch the thief (I wasn't the only victim) I suggested they use video cameras. She said the worker's union would never allow it.
