Really? Now that's funny. When was that?

That was the 1991 eclipse that went across the island - Harry took control of the roads so there wouldn't be crowding on Saddle Road... Don't recall whether he actually closed the road to everyone or just limited access. As it happened, the weather was overcast and few if any actually saw a clear eclipse...
