agreed. and aren't we the fools to fall for it.
So many talking points by both parties that somehow they never live up to.
Idealism that sounds just and fair....in someone else's community, where some one else has to struggle with the reality of the "political fallout of the day" wrecking a community.
I will never understand how people can so blindly follow either party.

Frank - with respect, you brought up democrats and republicans. No-one else did until you mentioned it. This is not a helpful argument when it comes to the TMT or astronomy on Mauna Kea and just adds to the tensions that already exist. I have no idea why you brought the subject up unless you just want to troll and make things worse.
