Would this be the same County Council who gave Jeffrey Smith, someone with no qualifications at all other than dancing, a huge amount of time to testify against GMOs while giving the UH scientific experts scant time to make their own contributions?

I remember being told by Russell Ruderman that Smith's credentials can't be questioned. Well, sorry, they can.
