The stack of forms is walked to the AG department office and there is no way that someone from there went thru, then walked it over to the supposed folks who stopped you as you were getting off the plane. This is EXACTLY what I mean about speaking what is YOUR opinion with such confident authority that, in your mind, is FACT, which, it is not, and seemingly never is. For example, you said “225+ forms to find yours” The flight I am discussing was in December of 2015 and was on was a United 737-800. The seating capacity of a 737-800 back then was 16 First Class/150 Coach. So, the MAXIMUM number of forms would be 166 if each passenger was traveling by themselves and the flight was full. Not, as YOU state as YOUR fact “225 plus.” Secondly, if you ever paid any attention, when a plane lands in Hawaii and the door is first opened, the first thing the gate agent is handed by the flights Purser are the flights manifest AND the stack of Ag forms. As for credibility, well, I’ll let the readers of PunaWeb decide that, but in the last several days, I have refuted, with facts, references, links and knowledge each and every one of your “confidently spoken opinions” which YOU pawn off as fact, that clearly have nothing to do with fact and even had to show you how to so simple math calculations. And another thing about credibility. NEVER admit to committing a crime in a public forum. I know, I know, you just want to “brag” about how you love to “stick it to the man” but you did admit to committing a crime, apparently a few times, which does not really bode credibility. I can just imagine the sophomoric names you used filling out those Ag Forms. Like what a gaggle of 12-year-old boys would come up with. But yes, you sure did "show them!" As for being vile, how is what I have said vile? And disrupting? Again, YOUR opinions, that are wrong yet spoken with such "confident authority" as fact. And then in comparison to what your posts always are? I have been on flights where people have turned in blank sheets to the flight attendant, who didn't look at them anyway. I have seen people sitting in the same row as myself, turn in blank forms. Pretty simple to notice. (03-02-2025, 05:15 PM)HiloJulie Wrote:(03-02-2025, 01:36 PM)leilanidude Wrote: Nonsense. You sure get all riled up. Better check your blood pressure. And yes, it would be rather pleasant to see you, get a vacation. Well, L-Dude, that is what you like to call yourself, right? My blood pressure is just fine. Thanks for being concerned, however. I am quite sure you would love to see me on a vacation. That way, you can continue to post on PunaWeb statements that are the equivalent of saying "The sun rises in the West." But then who will confront you about the fact the sun does not rise in the west? And then, how would you be able to double down and then call the person contesting your opinionated incorrect "fact" all sorts of names question their longevity being here as a resident and also PunaWeb? And call for them to be put on vacation? It seems as if you want PunaWeb to be like religion. You know, where questions may never be answered, and answers may never be questioned. This seems to support having the forms submitted online rather than having someone next to you on a flight creepily look at what you are doing. Do you watch what they're doing on the laptops/tablets and phones as well? If one is sitting in the aisle seat and the others in the row hand the forms to you to hand to the flight attendant.. it is pretty darned easy to see if they are blank, don't you think? RE: Digital Airline Agriculture Forms - randomq - 03-04-2025 I often fill them out in crayon, sharpie, or whatever I can scrounge since pencils are not provided... RE: Digital Airline Agriculture Forms - HiloJulie - 03-04-2025 "I often fill them out in crayon, sharpie, or whatever I can scrounge since pencils are not provided..." At least you filled out your form. I never understood why the airlines didn't hand out cheap "logoed" pens - that they could have gotten for pennies, just for these Hawaii bound flights and to fill out the Ag Forms. As I stated, for over 30 years, my husband and I both "commuted" from Hilo to various mainland destinations for our careers - going back and forth 25 - 30 times each year - plus crisscrossing the all over the mainland when on the mainland, but when flying back home to Hawaii, I would always grab a dozen or so of the law firms "Mont Blonc Style" pens with the law firms name and phone number printed on them and pass them around on the plane coming to Hawaii for people to use to fill out their Ag Forms. Those pens cost the law firm about 45 cents each. They really did look like a Mont Blanc pen! Over the years, our law firm managed to land several "big" clients just because of those pens I passed out. And we managed to bill those clients in the high 6 to low 7-digit range. Each year. To this day. If I remember correctly, we did give each of those clients a real Mont Blanc pen or two after that! RE: Digital Airline Agriculture Forms - Wao nahele wahine - 03-27-2025 I boarded Delta flight 837 this morning flying from ATL to HNL. They were trying out the new digital Agricultural Forms. Several paper sheets with a QR Code to access the Ag Form were available for passengers to scan at the gate before boarding the flight. It was initially announced that you needed to fill out the form before you would be allowed to board. (Yeah...right) After everyone was boarded and before take off, flight attendants walked the aisles to offer passengers another opportunity to fill out the forms. Once you have filled out the form and submitted it, you receive an email showing your Ag Form submittal information. RE: Digital Airline Agriculture Forms - kalianna - 03-27-2025 So there's still paper and they still need attendants to help and now they need someone to check that you've done it as you exit the plane. Is this progress? Did it delay deboarding? RE: Digital Airline Agriculture Forms - Kelena - 03-27-2025 Ooops! I have a python in my checked bag. So, let me check YES — I have a python. |
