PKM,

My logs are 12-20', mostly 6-10" dia. They are too heavy to handle by hand. I have plenty of extras if you are in need.

I would like to take a look and see if it will work. I'm over on Honu. Where are you located. My email is cmcmillon@hawaii.rr.com

I'm looking for a 6" or so log 15-20' long (2 pieces @10' OK) if you have an "extra". Want to try and fashion something for the bedroom.

There is a guy on the kapoho side who works all hardwoods. His Ohia posts are milled with a square 4" hole(takes a 4x4). or through drilled and cement filled. Plus precision mortered (cut) to make perfect 90degree corner posts and wall uprghts and flat sides to incorporate siding. I believe this is required to incorporate same into load bearing posts.
