Again, what happened to the Emergency Geothermal fund, ripped off for C&C slush fund? Over 2 million?
If change orders are the problem, kick the architects and engineers.

Incidentally, the SF decision may negatively effect the county land purchases, certain new alt energy projects(eis's), and trash projects, from a few angles I can't explain or be sure of, but others do and you'll hear about them soon.
