Was over in Kona, visiting & this one fella has an avocado & mango farm over there...
Fresh picked. fruit still sticky with sap & cut open, served naked (his guy was a wiz with cutting the fruit, filleted with 2 cuts on each side of the pit- flesh completely off the pit - then a Zorro like knife flash & each side was inverted with squares.... amazing ('course he has had the farm for a decade or so - practice!)
