Carol and I did our Balloon sculpture gig at the Bueno Burrito shop in the Keawe Center in downtown Hilo. It was for their Grand Opening. Chef Jorge made a gigantic burrito and it was shared by all.
Lots of good music from a band put together just for the occasion. The Oasis Skate board shop guys and gals were giving demonstrations in the Parking lot where everything took place. Loads of fun.
We really appreciated the "build-it-yourself" way of food preparation. We started with a Bonzai Burrito (love the coconut rice) and piled on the fresh veggies (especially cilantro) and had a feast. We will definitely be eating there again.
