RE: Jet Ski Puna / Hilo?? - Hopefeather - 08-15-2006 No Worries!! I understand that posting a question and asking for any comments (on behalf of my friends) is opening the door for *all* comments... That's why I enjoy this forum. I didn't think anyone was being mean. I'm glad that people feel free to stand up and be counted -- stand up for the aina and the ocean. Again, no worries!! hope RE: Jet Ski Puna / Hilo?? - mella l - 08-15-2006 Manatee are not harmed on purpose off the Florida keys either, but they sure are in decline there. No one does this on purpose it is one of the unintended consequences, and just needs to be kept in mind and in check for the sea creatures to endure. mella l RE: Jet Ski Puna / Hilo?? - John S. Rabi - 08-15-2006 Thank you! He did a great job, I already gave his number to a few people. quote: Aloha, John S. On weekends there are usually a handful of people out on them. In my previous life as a windsurfer we called them thumb jocks. It looks fun but boringly easy. Jerry |
