If you are in lz2, stop stressing over HPIA, Contact Dan Desoto at the number that has been posted here umpteen times and save a boatload of money.

Dick,I currently have what Dan offered.That American Western home insurance company I am trying to get away from next year,unless I'll be forced financially to continue.I am still in the process of researching both. But at this point I have serious doubts about the one I have(apart from the impossibility to cancel it).

Hi StillHope,
I was using American Western for rentals and homes further than 5 miles form a fire station. They have better rates than HPIA and had the best rates at the time but we now have better rates than those previously offered. Give me a call for a quote or send en email. Sorry but American Western does not give any refund so we will have to wait until the renewal to save you more money.
