First southwest flight arrives in Honolulu. My only question is why are they not using a jetway like all the other transpacific planes that land in Honolulu?

I seem to recall reading in the SA that Southwest had to use an area at HNL on the end of the Diamondhead terminal that was set up for one of the now defunct interisland commuter carriers. That meant no jetways, but did allow for a relatively quick start. Can you imagine how long it would have taken to build complete facilities in the contracting cesspool that is HNL/Hawaii? 2025 if they were lucky.

HNL is full. It's one of the reason why international flights are coming to KOA.

Hawaiian Airlines is partnering with JetBlue, offering an expanded network of flights across the mainland. They hope this will keep them competitive with Southwest. Hawaiian will fly from Honolulu to Oakland, where passengers can catch a JetBlue red eye for NYC with no overnight stay required between flights:
