Turns out the titles cannot be cleared as no entity exist to undo the damage.

Yes, Snowflake Ruggles needs to melt away into the hands of of the Protectors. I had not better see her around. Perhaps she can can offer herself up to Madame Pele as a failed, sad, fraudulent thief of the County Council.

From Ruggles interview with a Maui journalist, published in UK’s The Guardian. Jen has plans:
Hawaii is “formally part of the US”, according to De Zayas. But he said it was important for people to understand how it got that way.
Ruggles’ term ends on Monday, but she said she would continue to try to bring attention to what she sees as international law violations in Hawaii. She said she plans to meet representatives from nonprofits such as Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
“And I am going to request that they appoint a special rapporteur,” Ruggles said, “to start documenting human rights violations happening in Hawaii.”

Here’s an update on Dr. Sai, the man Jen Ruggles promoted in public forums as an expert in interntional law as it applies to Hawaii and the Hawaiian Kingdom. While he studied and interpreted rulings from the 1800’s, he failed to notice certain 21st century laws that should have protected the people he bilked, if he properly followed the law in 2019:
In a court filing, OCP attorney James Evers said Sai violated the state’s Mortgage Rescue Fraud Prevention Act by taking nearly $8,000 advance fees from distressed homeowners.
“Sai’s conduct constitutes a felony and Sai’s criminal wrongdoing has been referred to the proper criminal authorties for investigation," Evers wrote.
