How can a board director disqualify another duly elected director on their own?
Well they could stack the board and solicit ( find friends) to write letters from the membership stating dissatisfaction with the said director and vote to keep them off the board until they acquire attorney review...,,,And that is FACT that transpired on the election of 2018. Same 2 Directors mermaid and company had it set up then but the other directors they were counting on came clean on the set up at a board meeting and voted against it and voted Mr. Creeley take his elected seat. They are poison !They will not tell you All their dirty deeds that are not done dirt cheap!

Stillwater, same as Obie, you have way too much inside knowledge of HPP politics. You and I have debated in director emails for a year so I recognize your writing and your personal attacks. You won't answer my question about the auditor meeting that you mentioned to KPHawaii in your post, even though I've asked you multiple times and you continue to deflect my question. You did this while you were a director when I asked for transparency.
You won't answer my question because it will out yourself as the former treasurer.
This is why you are afraid. You are involved in the lawsuit. Move on like you said earlier and let the courts decide.

Mermaid why don’t you take your own advice? Let the court decide! For every time you set your garbled opinions I will set the truth of what transpired resulting in our community dues being used for legal expenses for what seems to be your entertainment!

You're till deflecting Stillwater. What auditor meeting are you speaking of where you heard the forensic analyst give estimates for a forensic analysis? You've been telling everyone how much it would cost. Where did you get your figures?
