Cat,
Good luck selling, if the commute wasn't so long to Hilo, I would love to live there! Our first place here on the Big Island was in Kapoho, and I still think it is as close to Heaven on Earth as you can get.

What about the hawaiian mosquitoes...???
I've never encountered something so pain full-- and I've lived in Alaska 40 years-- but the hawaiian "black tanks" as I call them are so bad---
Also as much as I like falling asleep with the frog's not having that thin buffer I don't know...

At that house, I think because of the pond, we didnt have many mosquitoes. I think if they got anywhere close to the water they were eaten by fish... and we eliminated all water holding plants like bromeliads. We also had few flies.

The house we live in, not the same. We are even thinking of screening our deck, and we have gravel in 1/2 the yard, and try to eliminate any standing water. (also more flies and gnats here too.)

Cant understand it.

A low cost structure that needs rebuilding in 2-3 years is not a low cost structure.

The point which you have been raised is quite noticeable from the aspect of a design roofing company.
