I used the name search all the time - especially if one of my clients on a first meet did not have the TMK # - i could get the TMk via their last name. I also verified the TMK # that way. It makes it more difficult for me now but I can usually get close with a street name and go from there.

You also need the section and plat numbers to download the correct map.
