It looks like the lot drops off from the road fairly significantly. It wouldn't be my choice, knowing that there's better lots on the market.

Thanks John for the info. I think John Rabi finally convinced me and you just verified the fact that buying a lot on Ebay no matter how bad I want to get one with only $1,000 down, sight unseen can only spell trouble with a Capital T in many different ways.
