Just call me Mike RE: Fence installation - MarkP - 01-11-2016 When we were on a roll my brother estimated that three of us working together were completely installing one fence post in 5 minutes, so less than 5 minutes for the drilling. As for pulling the plate off it may damage the coating. I'm not sure how bad that is. Driving the post into the rock damages the coating too. Of course some damage is unavoidable. My main point is that given a proper sized hole in solid rock, only a few inches of penetration is necessary. Beyond that more won't help. |
