Anyone have one of these?

So, I'll probably keep the Spectrum internet service. And maybe the phone service.I do use Pluto. Pluto is free. I may look into either the Amazon fire stick, or a Roku.

Anyone have one of these?
(amplified antenna)

I don’t have that model, but in the old analog days I had an electrically powered signal booster on a long coax run from the outdoor antenna to my TV. It did improve the signal.

RE: Bounce TV - My 2 cents - 08-05-2018

I have an omni-directional antennae and I generally get all of the stations that terracore listed. Since yesterday I am getting poor reception on 13-1 and 13-2. 45-1 (13-2 simulcast) is still coming in fine. Anyone else having similar issues, or do I have to go on a troubleshooting mission?

RE: Bounce TV - bananahead - 08-05-2018

fwiw... I have a cheap antenna and live in the upper area of Hawaiian Acres Rd2 @ C... my antenna is on a 10' piece of wood on my roof. it cost $45 and took 30 minutes to install... I get 10 of the channels that terracore listed including the 'bounce'. I had the 9.2 a couple weeks back but it was just a 'test' screen, then last week it turned into the station with older black related shows....
10 high quality TV channels for FREE 24/7.... goes well w/ my solar power and water catchment...

As Hector approaches it might be good to know that channel 4.3 is showing live weather maps most of the day.

RE: Bounce TV - H22 - 08-06-2018

Is 4.3 a temporary channel, or a new full time channel?

RE: Bounce TV - Gus - 08-06-2018

No idea. It showed up when I did a scan with a new tv I got last week. It seems to be 24/7 KITV channel that rebroadcasts their newscasts at various times and fills in with weather maps, radar, and quake maps.

RE: Bounce TV - My 2 cents - 08-06-2018

I just got a new TV and it picked up 4.3 on the scan, but my older TV couldn't find it even when searching for it manually. Oh well…

I checked all my connections and I'm still getting bad reception on 13.1 and 13.2. Anyone else?

"Since yesterday I am getting poor reception on 13-1 and 13-2. 45-1 (13-2 simulcast) is still coming in fine. Anyone else having similar issues, or do I have to go on a troubleshooting mission?"

Same problem here. Tried rescanning, no effect. This has happened before and seems to resolve itself after several days or a few weeks.

"Is 4.3 a temporary channel, or a new full time channel?"

I've rescanned a few times in the last few days for the problem mentioned above, no 4.3 here.
