what about if the car was stolen and dumped on private property? who's responsible?
when we purchased this house, there was a dozer and another large piece of equipment on the property line (part on his part on ours) that was owned by the same seller. we made him move it as a contingency to the sales contract. what did he do? the dozer was hauled off by a private company (lots of tires left behind) and the other was moved two lots over that the seller owns. cost him 1k to move the dozer.

You can, but the last lot in Leilani is being sold as we speak, and I aint gonna tell anyone what I did get my hands on and where.[^]
