Just bumping this so we can all get it on our calendars. Hope everyone comes! It's nice to have face time with all the people we meet on here. Newcomers, do not be shy. I will post directions when it gets closer. Always good to see our Punaweb friends. You have all been so supportive of my crazy adventures. For that I greatly thank you. Get to thinking who will host the NEXT PW party!

Until June 11, keep the smiles on.

Smile Pam

Hey Pam!
What about a Plant exchange/get rid of excess?
I have choke coffee seedlings, & can always bring some plant trimmings, like Pandan, Hibiscus, water lemon & giant Lilikoi, Chenile, Ti, Croton, Dracenea, Moringa, Bilimbi.... & may even have a crop of avocados by then.... so far the trees are dangerously loaded !

Good idea Carey
How about a very loosely defined exchange? I suspect we'll still have some really nice kabocha squash ready to eat and save the seeds. Exchange for a giant liilikoi plant?

Carey and David... I LOVE IT. I have tons of starts for trade. And I love the "loose" concept. My most recent mantra has been "what you have in abundance, share". It all works out. So here it is officially, Bring what you have in abundance (generally growing things) and take back what you can use. I can assure you I will have starts of cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, green onions, brussel sprouts and goodness knows what more. We can haul stuff up to the greenhouse; I will have a cleared table we can work from. I have tons of little pots and soil so we can all split stuff or whatever needs to be done to divide it up.

You just gotta love PUNAWEBBERS!

We shall be there with plants and ??? Not sure what food. I hate to cook. I have begun potting up anthuriums. Yesterday I was trimming dead stuff out of my jungle and found a different kind of gardenia. Smaller flowers and not quite as aromatic as the run of the mill kind. I never have found the alleged Mac nut trees, but saw a small tree that is possibly a eucalyptus, as several silverbarks are planted on the lot edges. I have enough monstera if I could figure how to divide them I could. I find the deep shade and spongy ground a bit creepy. Gonna need a hand holder for that. Peggy (bringing Cory, who also had a good time at Scuba Sunday) Should I just bring piles of plates, cups, and napkins and plasticware?

Life goes on, with you or without you.

Be warned... it has rained more days than not and I have been unable to get mowing done. It looks like a punk rocker around here... places I started tomow, only to be bogged down by rain and have to stop... then the sun comes out and I try again and get bogged down in a mud hole... ugh. Well, you all know I am No Farming Genious, Not a great landscape maint. person not a housekeeper. But, hey, I bought some weird beer (Anchor steam and a case of assorted Mexican Beers). What do I know from beer? I don't drink the stuff. However I did get the better quality ground sirloin burgers at Costco as I do love my beef! LOL... it's going to be an adventure but it will never be as wild and crazy as it was the first time... at least now we have a house and bathrooms!
