I am seeing little activity where I live oceanfront in HPP. I am not at the house all day every day, but way less then years past... However, I have heard that the whales counts are up this year! Yeah!

The March 26 whale count at Kehena Point recorded no whales but it was still a beautiful morning to sit on the Puna cliffs and gaze out over the ocean. Hubby did see one whale in the area about 3 in the afternoon too late for the official count.
