mimosa ,,,,, you are one of susans I know,, but at least try to be more concise and relevant ,,, Glenda smoking at the door is the pettiest thing iv heard from you yet ,,, and you expect the same people you harass and belittle to help you <<<<<<<< sad u are

susan ,,, would you please just shut up if you have nothing positive to say ? and try using the same membership list you used the last time to mail out mail out your lies and false accusations .

Mimosa, you have clearly not been to the office in some time. Nor have you read our website in some time. The work you are requesting would be more than three times the cost of an entire road's budget. There's no way to justify giving everyone's money to one block. While that may have been done in the past (ahem justthefacts), the current board is trying to get maintenance to everyone. You have obviously not paid your dues to Glenda in cash ever since she would never ever tell someone to wait for a reciept. That woman might smoke a cigarette but she also made sure to give a receipt to everyone, without fail. If you're going to talk badly about harc, then at least make it factual. We are open to suggestions (send to office please so we can all look at it), but they have to actually be based in reality.

CF mr. pete has been getting free loads of gravel for a long time, he asks for it and gets it and if he dosent get it he will personally call the trucker and get it delivered. he also does not pay dues to HARC . I am not and never have been in favor of free material to anyone, end of story.
Glenda has resigned as office manager. smokey joe is no longer puffing away at the door.
cf so what about the road work that dragged all the material off the road to the side and dug into peoples property , how much did HARC pay brett for taking away the gravel that was pushed off the road. and what is his business name . that was the work done on Friday .

I quite agree with Mimosa, the last time I stopped by the association office no one was present. I drive through D Road and E road to take care of elderly clients and I am concerned that EMS would not be able to reach them in a timely manner.

I also travel d and e on a daily trip ,, an ambulance and a fire truck could access both ! maybe not your clients driveway,, but the acres roads are passable ,, just not pretty .

Yay! You've given more chances to correct false information. Mr Pete has been volunteering for a long time, as you already know. I hear he's been volunteering for 30+ years! And he's been a dues paying member of HARC in the past and the present. You have had zero access to our database, so I'm curious as to why you think its ok to make up who has paid and who has not. Very strange. Mr Pete has given countless hours to our community, building it up. You have spent countless hours tearing it down, creating controversery where there is none. If there was rock put down on a road that Mr Pete (and I'm assuming everyone else on his street) drives, then that's a good thing. This goes back to whole damned if we do and damned if we don't thing. You get mad if work isnt done. Or if it is done. Or if it isn't done to your specs. Or if it is done to your specs. Basically- you've discredited yourself with all of this.
As for the work on C rd, you'd have to ask the C Rd rep instead of asking cyber space on PW and crossing your fingers that I'll get back to you. It's been five (?) months since you came a meeting? The next one is on the 26th at 2 pm. I hope to see your smiling face and maybe we can get some of your questions answered.

iv often wondered what Gladys could have accomplished if she had chosen to try to do good instead of evil .

RE: Hawaiian Acres Problems - justthefacts - 04-14-2015

CF mr. pete himself at past meetings said he did not pay dues,as he volunteered on the roads. i do not need chances to correct anything it was well known that mr. pete did not pay dues.he has done work on the road to his house and that is the exchange. also in the past he would approach the board for the year end money on a specific paving project that he would be involved with. check the records its there , the amount was around 10,000.00 the last job done that i remember was road one paving near the coffee farm .
as to work being done right or wrong . it made absolutely no sense what was done on C road . money was paid to put down material and money was paid to scrape it off a couple weeks after. 1st you said HARC did not have anyone do the scrape work and then , now silence on who did the work , and we, the residents now know who did the work it was a HARC paid person.
if you dont want to represent HARC , be on their board and speak for them, when the questions are uncomfortable , resign . i dont need to attend any meetings , there is no purpose . HARC does as they want with the funds, spends way to much on administrative , constantly asking for money and the roads continue to stay in poor condition.
this last mess on C road , putting material , and scraping it away is really enough , the digging into private property and making a mud mess of the road senseless . that is not road work that is waste of money.

RE: Hawaiian Acres Problems - cfscott - 04-14-2015

I was mistaken when I said harc didn't do the work. As the work on B rd was donated on the same day, I assumed that it was also donated on C rd. It happens. There is no silence on the work done. I'm not the c road rep. I won't know the specifics until our next meeting.

The current board is running with integrity. Whatever you want to accuse past boards of (that you were a part of), has nothing to do with us. Please keep your accusations current.

I speak on behalf of myself. HARC has a website and a FB page where it speaks on behalf of itself. Again, if you have questions, complaints, or suggestions then please write them down and email them or drop them by the office If you came to a meeting then we could answer your questions directly.

I really like how you can pay your dues online. I wish Eden Roc would follow suit.
