I will be putting material on my road

Better put up a gate and some security cameras, too, then. Otherwise someone will move (if not steal) the rocks, and there will be no way to prosecute them.

Hey justthefacts this question was actually for you:

Also, how can we get it to stop raining in this rainforest?

And, as you know, Lance is not, nor has he ever been, on the HARC board.

RE: Hawaiian Acres Problems - justthefacts - 04-19-2015

he may not be on the board, directly but he speaks for and answers questions as if he were the representative, and then denies any association with HARC , sorry I do not buy that since his girlfriend is the president and she is not a property owner.

RE: Hawaiian Acres Problems - justthefacts - 04-19-2015

kala I estimate it will cost me $500 for the material , I would be so unhappy to see the material plowed off like just happened last week. it will be a waste of my hard earned cash , that's all .

RE: Hawaiian Acres Problems - cfscott - 04-19-2015

Why don't you just bring this up directly with him? I nor HARC can control other people's actions. Let me know what your friend says about those potholes. Remember it's a $400 budget for 1/3 mile.

I will be putting material on my road , I will be paying for it myself and if anyone scrapes it off the road I will not be a happy camper.

HACA meeting on sunday , the board informed the members that there is no liability insurance on the property. the vice president of HACA also made the statement that HACA is a "private club" and that people should feel privileged if they are allowed in the club , that the board could remove people that they think are a problem to them.

That giant pothole was being filled on my way into the community center this morning. Can't attest to the integrity of the work, but there was definitely a truck out there with some cold patch. Yay persistence and convenient online forms!

RE: Hawaiian Acres Problems - justthefacts - 04-23-2015

the pot holes or small craters at the beginning part of road 8 coming in are still there , only under water .
