RE: Goats & Sheep Mating - pslamont - 03-29-2013 wonderful! I want to be the kind of woman that, when my feet hit the floor each morning, the devil says "Oh Crap, She's up!" RE: Goats & Sheep Mating - Rene Siracusa - 03-29-2013 Thanks for doing this Carey. We still have Dayna's photos to come. We had fun, and Daffodil pigged out on organic baby carrots - the lure that kept her close for the photo op. RE: Goats & Sheep Mating - dayna - 03-29-2013 Here are my photos. Rene I have two with you in it that I'll email to you privatly. Carey I have one with you in it that I'll email to you! lol http://www.facebook.com/home.php?ref=tn_tnmn#!/media/set/?set=a.10200167130875710.1073741829.1074499170&type=1 Dayna www.E-Z-Caps.com RE: Goats & Sheep Mating - Rene Siracusa - 03-30-2013 Thanks Dayna. There are some real winners in this album. aloha, Rene RE: Goats & Sheep Mating - Rene Siracusa - 04-08-2013 I have been tracking the differences between Hapa and the two male lambs born a week earlier. Not only did he start "boinging" two weeks younger, but his neck is thicker, and now he is starting, from time to time, to keep his tail up like a goat. I will continue to monitor his development and report to those of you who seem to be interested. I find this fascinating, but there doesn't seem to be much interest from CTAHR or the UH people. RE: Goats & Sheep Mating - Rene Siracusa - 04-16-2013 Hapa is now starting to exhibit some "goaty" behavior: This morning he jumped up on the canted roof of my old potting shed and started browsing ironwood needles. RE: Goats & Sheep Mating - lquade - 04-16-2013 thank you for the updates, truely remarkable. he looks quite healthy. is he interested in eating like a sheep or a goat? (browsing or grazing?) i cant see the real difference from the pic but tail up, climbing is a great sign.. loved the pics. RE: Goats & Sheep Mating - Rene Siracusa - 04-17-2013 He seems to be doing a bit of both, but the browsing is getting more frequent. RE: Goats & Sheep Mating - pslamont - 04-24-2013 Sounds so fun.... maybe I will find a goat to breed one of my sheep. /wooo hoooo.... I want to be the kind of woman that, when my feet hit the floor each morning, the devil says "Oh Crap, She's up!" RE: Goats & Sheep Mating - Rene Siracusa - 04-25-2013 @Pam: since I got the mother from you, you can have stud rights. We don't know yet if he will be fertile or not, of course, but sometimes they are. |
