There is a Universe of difference between Lower Puna and the other districts. My point was to counter the claim that basically inferred they were all pretty much the same.

Most Big Island districts are like Puna and contain areas of lava zones 1,2, or 3. North Kohala is the universally different district in that its source volcano is the only one of the five on island to be considered extinct.

Whether or not I or your, or anyone else is taking the risk, is irrelevant. Facts and logic overcome such triffles
I'm not sure what facts or logic you're referring to. You've given your opinion that everyone should stand on thier own two feet, and that anyone effected by the lava flow has crapped out. Are you actually surprised that a community discussing options for addressing a life-altering event would reject your snide opinion and empty cliches?

My apologies to OnoOno if you make a comment and get no reply from me. My phone sometimes doesn't display the whole page and randomly skips posts.

[[[[.......should of been mandatory for anyone buying into Puna to buy a state funded lava insurance program. Don't want to buy in? Then you don't get to buy a lot in Puna........]]]]]

You are willing to trust the government to collect your money and hold it safely for you and return it to you when you need it?

If my memory serves me right, Ono Ono does not live here. Carol questioned him about before and I believe he says he lives somewhere in the mainland.
He should stay out of our business as far as I am concerned.
Just shut up, and mind your own business Ono Ono!
let us be.
